During four decades of experience COSNAV ENGINEERING has been capable of offering a diverse range of services to investors, ship-owners, and shipyard operators. Thanks to this expertise, COSNAV Engineering designs a wide range of specialized ships with high technological content; Chemical carriers, Gas carriers, LPG carriers, LNG carriers, Cement carriers, most of them classified as Ice Class Vessels, as well as highly customizable vessels such as Ro-Ro, Ro-Ro Passenger, cruise ships and other pleasure and commercial crafts.

Our group offers full technical assistance across all the phases of the design process, from the construction to the delivery of a vessel. COSNAV offers its consultancy from the development of the documentation in the early stage of the project, like the conceptual or contract design, through the basic design and the detail engineering, supporting, and giving assistance to its customers during the vessel’s assembly and delivery to the owner.

The Company ensures a constant dialogue with owners, shipyards, suppliers, operators, scientific institutes, authorities, and classification societies in order to find the perfect balance between green high-tech solutions and costs optimization for all designs and building projects, as well as for all research and innovation projects.

Within the Pilot Experience MOL2, Maritime on the Loop of Ocean Literacy, activities have been developed with the collaboration of Studio Bliznakoff (Trieste, Via Giovanni Boccaccio n. 17).
