The extreme environmental conditions of the open sea place high demands on technology and maintenance, requiring innovation and continuing development. This promises exciting career prospects and new fields of research with innovative tasks. This is what the Maritime Technologies specialisation will prepare you for. Leading research institutions such as the Alfred Wegener Institute (AWI), the Fraunhofer Institute for Wind Energy Systems (IWES) and the fk-wind: Institute for Wind Energy participate in the programme, guaranteeing practical relevance and cutting-edge course content.
