ABOUT THE ACADEMIC PROGRAM

The study qualifies those who seek employment at sea or ashore for positions inmarina management, chartering of yachts and small crafts, and as yachtskippers.Students during their theoretical sessions learn about the maritime, shippingand economic basics required for management in nautical tourism and maritimeactivities. Practical training is provided in laboratories at the University of Dubrovnik, on the research-training ship 'Naše More', on yachts and in marinas.

ACADEMY DEGREE OBTAINED

Upon completion of the undergraduate study, students acquire the academicdegree of.Bachelor of Yacht and Marina Technologies.

AFTER GRADUATING

Finishing the undergraduate study, a student can opt for the graduate study,leading on to the postgraduate (Ph.D.) study in Maritime Studies.
