The GMDSS Restricted Operator's Certificate (ROC) training course ensures delegates are competent in the use of VHF radiotelephony procedures and equipment used commercially in the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS).
Prerequisites
In order to complete a GMDSS Restricted Operator's Certificate (ROC) training course delegates must be at least 18 years of age. Course notes will be sent to delegates on application.

Learning outcomes
Delegates completing a GMDSS Restricted Operator's Certificate (ROC) training course will be able to;
