This course program is designed for marine officers, entrepreneurs and other professionals who are non-deck or engine officers, but are employed either in private or government organizations involved in shipping, ports, customs, logistics and related industries. Those in the maritime training and educational institutes are also encouraged to enroll in this course. Completion of the MARAD program will enable the graduates to acquire broader knowledge and skills in the management and operations of either private or government maritime organization. This provides them better opportunities to pursue other higher personal endeavors, whether in business or in career/ professional advancement.
