The origin of highly qualified professionals in Marine IT fusion technologies for advanced smart vessels and smart voyage! Division of Marine Information Technology is a newly established division 2015 year as for national strategy of the future. Students are educated and trained to be experts in the marine IT fusion sector. They can earn internationally recognized certificate of competence to become marine engineer in accordance with STCW convention of International Maritime Organization. They will lead the areas of the advanced smart vessels and smart sailing management, planning and development in the future.
Experts in IT fusion technology fields are trained, who are able to highly control the advanced shipping equipment based on the high-speed communication network on the vessel.
They are also trained to be proficient in green technologies with the advanced smart ships with the embedded systems, control automation technologies and environmentally friendly technologies.
