Students studying on the specialty “Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Engineering", along with general subjects, develop ship design, navigation quality, ship hull construction, hull welding technology, measures to protect the hull from corrosion, ship construction mechanics, shipbuilding and ship repair technologies, ship design, automatic design systems and special advanced software (CADMATC, CADMATC) applied in this field. Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD). The teaching process is conducted in specialized classrooms and laboratories.

Graduates, having completed the “Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Engineering” specialty, may work as engineers, technologists, constructors, etc. in enterprises and organizations operating in this area.
