Applicants who have a degree in Engineering with at least a Second Class Lower Division from a recognized University or a B.Sc. in the Physical Scienceswith at least one (1) year relevant work experience are encouraged to apply to RMU's Master of Science in Environmental Engineering. The overall objective for the establishment of the Regional Marine University is to promote regional co-operation in the maritime industry focusing on the training to ensure the sustained growth and development of the industry.

  • Certified copies of transcript and certificate
  • Personal statement of not more than 500 words (1.5 pages) detailing your motivation for wanting to study the course and what you believe you will gain from it

Prerequisites

Applicants must have a good first degree in Engineering with at least second class Lower Division from a recognized University. Applicants with a B.Sc. in the Physical Sciences will be considered if they have at least one (1) year relevant work experience. The University may consider applicants who posses a third class but with at least 2 years’ industry experience. Such applicants will be subject to an interview.
