This is a bachelor's course with a specialty in Sea and River Transport.
Training of KSMA day department students and cadets is carried out in compliance with the law of Ukraine “On higher education” and “Teaching process at higher educational establishments of Ukraine” regulations.
Specialists are trained by the faculty teaching staff from six departments, among which department of navigation and department of work safety and environmental protection are degree-granting.
Faculty training facilities include 5 lecture halls, 27 classrooms, 16 special-purpose laboratories, 8 English language classrooms, 5 computer classrooms, workshops, 2 gyms and 1 workout facility, that are located at three buildings and water sports base.
Classrooms and laboratories are equipped with up-to-date radio navigation and satellite communication systems, fully functional radio sets and electrical navigation equipment, navigation simulators.
