This is a four-year degree program that deals with the study of ship operations, navigation, cargo handling, stowage, and controlling the safe operation of the ship and the persons onboard at the officership level. With this, the students are prepared to become knowledgeable and competent officers on seagoing ships of at least 500 gross tonnage and qualified to pursue advance studies and maritime-related careers
