ABOUT THE ACADEMIC PROGRAM

The Marine Engineering study provides training to students through theoretical and, to a greater extent, practical education. The University is equipped with all necessary modern teaching aids, such as: full mission engine room simulator, life-boats with davits for emergency drills, fire-fighting training area, marine engineering laboratory, computer room and research-training ship ''Naše more''.The teaching staff includes full-time professors as well as visiting lecturers with practical experience in shipping and marine engineering fields. Visits by leading worlds shipping companies looking for qualified and well trained young professionals are also very frequent.
