Resultados del aprendizaje
Knowledge:
- The course will give the student knowledge about the trade-offs and compromises different aspects of ship design brings in the concept stage of the creation of a ship.
Skills:
- The student will get an overall understanding on how the various design criteria for a vessel affects the overall ship design. He/she will in addition be able to do multi discipline high level analyses to document the feasibility of their own developed ship concept design.
General competence:
- The student will be familiar with the ship concept design process and its terminology.
