The Department of Coast Guard Studies supports the preservation of our national maritime territory in the 21st century. To meet the demand for advanced maritime management to secure a clean ocean and safe ship operation through safe navigation administration and maritime environment, it provides a professional course for ship's officers that include actual on-board experience. In addition, it aims to support the Maritime Police through education and research on the professional techniques of the Maritime Police.
