Students wishing to apply for the official master’s degree in Maritime Law and Business must have a Spanish degree or advanced course (general degree, degree or honours degree) or a foreign degree (equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in the Anglo-Saxon system). This profile includes:

  • Graduates interested in developing their professional careers in the field of Maritime Law and Business.
  • Entrepreneurs and executives who wish to put into practice subjects of Maritime Law and Business.
  • Local, regional and national administrators who wish to specialise in Maritime Law and Business.

The candidacy of people with professional experience who have worked in the sector of maritime transport is also accepted.

Spanish. Los candidatos al programa deben poseer una titulación universitaria superior española (diplomatura, licenciatura o ingeniería superior) o extranjera (equivalente a un Bachelor’s degree en el sistema anglosajón). Este perfil incluye:

  • Licenciados y Diplomados interesados en desarrollar su carrera profesional en el ámbito del Derecho y el Negocio Marítimo.
  • Empresarios y directivos de empresa que quieran implementar materias de Derecho y Negocio Marítimo.
  • Técnicos de la administración local, regional y nacional que quieran especializarse en Derecho y Negocio Marítimo.

También se acepta la candidatura de personas con experiencia profesional que hayan trabajado en el sector del transporte marítimo.

Application Procedure:

Para acceder al Máster, se debe formalizar la correspondiente Solicitud de Admisión  normalizada desde la página web corporativa de la Universitat Abat Oliba CEU. El período oficial de solicitud de plaza finaliza en julio y el extraordinario en septiembre. Dado el limitado número de plazas, es recomendable que la solicitud de admisión, debidamente cumplimentada, junto con la documentación requerida, sea remitida lo antes posible a la Universitat Abat Oliba CEU.

La Comisión de Admisión evalúa las solicitudes y, como parte del proceso, tiene  una entrevista personal con el candidato, donde se analiza su potencial desarrollo en el programa, prestando especial interés a las siguientes habilidades y cualidades específicas: la creatividad, la adaptación a las nuevas tecnologías, la responsabilidad social ética, el espíritu emprendedor y la vocación por la profesión relacionada con el Derecho y el Negocio Marítimos.

Grant Opportunities:

- Programa de Ayudas al alumnado del Máster en Derecho y Negocio Marítimo: las dotaciones oscilan entre el 10% y el 50% del importe total del programa y se otorgan en función del expediente académico del alumnado, de la vinculación con la Universitat Abat Oliba CEU y de la situación personal o familiar (familia numerosa, circunstancias especiales, etc.).

- Este programa Máster cumple los requisitos para ser bonificado a través de la Fundación Tripartita.

- La Agencia de Gestión de Ayudas Universitarias e Investigación (AGAUR), de la Generalitat de Catalunya también otorga préstamos preferentes para la financiación de matrículas. Los trámites de solicitud se pueden hacer por Internet en AGAUR.
