It has been adopted as a basic principle to protect fisheries resources and to benefit from these resources in a sustainable way. In addition, in the light of the data obtained from the scientific studies carried out, it is tried to reveal the scientific determinations and new approaches needed by the fisheries management authority in the development of technologies and decision-making processes related to aquaculture.
