  • What is impact? Why is it important?
  • What is the eventual impact of knowledge? Is it realistic within the project timeframe?
  • How to measure impact of transfer and impact indicators for eventual impact?
  • Short Practical Exercise – What impact do you want to achieve?

10.15     Session 2: How to write a Communication and Dissemination Plan

11:15     Session 3: How to Collect and Analyse Knowledge within Projects

  • What knowledge should be collected and in how much detail? How does this happen?
  • What repositories are available to store Knowledge Outputs to ensure accessibility?
  • Why is analysis the most important stage? Who should it involve? How should it be done?
  • What should be the outcomes of the analysis process?
