Releasing the economic potential of marine biotechnology

A breakfast session hosted by the Seas, Rivers, Islands and Coastal areas Intergroup in cooperation with the European Marine Biological Research Infrastructure Cluster (EMBRIC) to discuss the strategy of the EU for Marine Biotechnologies in the presence of MEP's and key stakeholders to push marine biotechnologies to the next level.

Marine Training e-Platform and Ghent University as partner of the EMBRIC consortium and a EMBRC (European Marine Biological Resource Centres) founding member, will participate in the discussions to highlight the importance of a new skilled work force specialized in solving tomorrow's Blue challenges.
